Were on the hunt for a top-tier Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join a leading consumer goods client. In this high-impact role, youll be the go-to expert, leveraging your expertise to:

  • Become the Marketing Cloud Guru: Architect customer journeys, craft personalized messaging, and unleash the full potential of the platform.
  • Campaign Maestro: Design, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, etc.) that captivate audiences and drive results.
  • Data Whisperer: Unlock the power of data manage it across Marketing Cloud Studios, understand data flows, and personalize content for maximum impact.
  • Creative Visionary: Develop stunning, mobile-responsive email and SMS templates that elevate the customer experience.
  • Performance Alchemist: Measure and enhance campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate seamless marketing campaigns.

To thrive in this role, youll need:

  • Rockstar Experience: Minimum 5 years in email marketing/digital design with a marketing technology platform.
  • Salesforce Savvy: Enterprise-level experience with and Marketing Cloud, including a Marketing Cloud email certification.
  • Technical Prowess: Intermediate knowledge of HTML, AMPscript, and SQL. Bonus points for CDP data management and journey flow expertise.

A passion for the retail industry is a plus

Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Cape Town (Northern Suburbs)
