The successful person will have a Professional SACNASP registration with a Degree in Geology. The Company is looking for an expert in Mineral Resource Estimation and Geological Modelling. Years+ experience including 2 years in Production Geology and 2 years in Exploration. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage projects, plan scopes and schedules, and assist with proposals. Build client relationships and identify business opportunities. Complete geological modelling. Oversee database management, validation, exploratory data analysis and QA / QC. Apply statistics, geostatistics, domaining and develop robust block models. Produce, validate, interpret and reconcile Mineral Resource estimates. Act as Competent Person for sign‑off where experience permits. Coach and train junior staff in Resource estimation. Support exploration planning and management as required by the pipeline. Maintain rigorous internal administration. Desired Experience & Qualification Degree in Geology. SACNASP Registration. Experienced in Datamine, Leapfrog Geo, Leapfrog Edge and Surpac. Expert in Mineral Resource Estimation and Geological Modelling. 10 years experience including 2 years Production Geology and 2 years in Exploration. Good understanding of the mining value chain.
