Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements to optimise operational efficiency. Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and identify cost-saving opportunities. Support senior leadership in evaluating investment opportunities and business expansion plans. Implement financial controls, policies, and risk management frameworks. Qualifications Proven experience in financial management within the gaming, betting, or related sectors. Strong understanding of South African financial regulations and corporate governance. Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
