Key Responsibilities:
Lease Administration:
  • Maintain and update lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  • Track important lease dates, such as rent reviews, expirations, and escalations.
  • Ensure lease compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and legal teams for lease negotiations.
Project Coordination:
  • Assist in planning, budgeting, and tracking real estate and facility projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.
Financial & Administrative Support:
  • Process lease payments, security deposits, and rent escalations.
  • Reconcile accounts related to lease agreements and project expenses.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on lease performance, occupancy, and project budgets.
  • Organize and maintain records of contracts, invoices, and compliance documents.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements for leases and projects.
  • Assist in resolving lease disputes and property-related issues.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of lease and project contracts.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
Skills & Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or project coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and property management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle financial data accurately.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
