A well known Automotive client in East London is seeking a dynamic HR Practitioner to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures, along with a background in the automotive industry. Familiarity with MIBCO regulations is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of training programs.
  • Handle performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices.
  • Experience with MIBCO regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Skills:

  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
