Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of Decision Inc. with a focus on improving our return on investment using Social Media. The ideal candidate will be fluent in all aspects of social media and will be able to analyse data to inform strategy and decision making for the benefit of the client. A high degree of initiative dedication and enthusiasm is required along with a thirst for knowledge in the Social Media arena.

What Will You Do
Key Responsibility:
- Strategise implement and continuously optimize integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels including social media email paid media and events to generate highquality leads and drive demand through effective nurture programs and accountbased marketing (ABM).
- Lead market segmentation targeting and persona development by conducting indepth market research and analysing data to identify potential highvalue target audiences industries personas market trends and competitors providing actionable insights.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to create compelling SEOoptimized B2B content including whitepapers case studies blog posts and presentations that demonstrate thought leadership and drive engagement lead generation and customer retention.
- Collaborate closely with sales customer success and technical teams to create and distribute tailored sales enablement tools and marketing collateral ensuring alignment across all touchpoints and effective distribution via social media email paid search and SEOoptimized web content.
- Lead competitive intelligence and digital marketing initiatives identifying market gaps emerging trends opportunities and challenges within the B2B landscape and incorporate findings into the overall digital marketing strategy to ensure a competitive edge.
- Own the SEO and SEM strategy to drive organic and paid traffic improve lead quality and optimize the customer journey through conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Track analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives with a particular focus on SEO SEM and digital marketing performance using datadriven insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement in lead generation pipeline growth and conversion.
- Nurture leads effectively by delivering personalized and valuedriven content that educates prospects on the solutions converting leads into meetings and opportunities by showcasing the tangible benefits and ROI of the solutions offered.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure leads are followed up efficiently and nurtured through the pipeline ensuring leads progress from new leads to qualified opportunities through a clear valuebased narrative.
Who Do You Need to Be
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation lead conversion and campaign management with proven success in driving revenue through SEO SEM and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven expertise in AccountBased Marketing (ABM) with the ability to craft personalized marketing approaches for key accounts driving engagement and influencing revenue outcomes.
- Handson experience in SEO including onsite and offsite optimization keyword research and content development to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Indepth experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Marketo or ClickDimensions is essential to execute and automate multichannel campaigns that integrate SEO and SEM tactics.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling SEOoptimized content that resonates with B2B decisionmakers and influences buying decisions.
- Extensive understanding of multichannel B2B marketing including email marketing ABM content marketing SEO and social media with a proven track record of developing successful datadriven campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO and SEM strategies including managing and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google Ads Bing Ads) and the ability to analyse performance data to drive continuous improvements in campaign efficiency.
- Experience delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of digital and social media platforms with a focus on SEO SEM pipeline acceleration and revenue growth.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing Analytics including SEO analytics tools (Google Search Console SEMrush) Google Analytics AdWords and ABM performance tracking to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong proficiency with Excel for advanced reporting forecasting and data visualization is essential with experience in SEO data reporting and analysis.
- Experience with website optimization and content management systems such as WordPress with a strong understanding of SEO best practices and A/B testing for conversion rate optimization.
- Proven ability to nurture leads effectively and convert them into qualified meetings and opportunities by showcasing the value of the solutions offered and driving alignment with sales teams to progress leads through the pipeline.
