Our skilled Business Analysts can clearly, crisply and comprehensively identify needs and determine solutions. We follow either an agile or waterfall approach to defining requirements, depending on the need of our clients.

Hybrid (once every 2 weeks) - based between Auckland Park and Alice Lane:

Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic fraud solutions team. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between our business requirements and technology solutions, playing a crucial role in leveraging Salesforce capabilities to enhance our fraud prevention and detection services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce solution requirements.
  • Customize Salesforce environments to meet project goals and improve processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify issues and propose clear, effective solutions.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of features and functionality.
  • Provide Salesforce training and support to end-users, enhancing user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Continuously assess business needs and Salesforce configurations to recommend improvements.
  • Manage project priorities and timelines within an agile or waterfall framework, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce projects.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Business Analyst, or similar) is required.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce technology and business functionalities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technological solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in the banking industry, particularly in fraud detection or prevention, is highly desirable.
