Call Centre Quality Assessor/Team Manager Parklands North

Our client, South Africas largest importer, manufacturer and supplier of mobility goods and aids for the elderly and our head office is located in the Rivergate Business Park in Parklands North. They advertise and sponsor programs extensively on DSTV to generate enquiries for their products. Their call centre consultants make contact with the enquirers and explain their no-obligation home demonstration service we offer and book appointments for the field Product Specialists across the country.

Responsibilities.

Manage a small team of consultants

Manage distribution of leads for best ROI.

Provide training, coaching and feedback to team members.

Ensure calls fulfil the companies requirements

Achieve set KPIs

Salary dependant on experience and market.

Requirements.

Candidates must be fluent in English or Afrikaans.

5 years experience in a call centre environment

2 years experience in an management, quality assessing position

Must live within the Table View, Parklands, Milnerton Area unless you have your own transport.
