Your role will involve utilizing your strong product, digital, and marketing design skills to drive the success of each unique project. Building robust internal and external relationships will be key to achieving project excellence. Minium Requirements:

  • Relevant completed Qualification/Degree in Digital/Marketing or Product Design
  • 1-3 years working experience, preferably within a product environment or inhouse role
  • Must present Proof of Work/Portfolio
  • Skills and working experience with CorelDraw & Canva (advantageous)
  • Previous working experience in an ERP System, preferably SAP will be advantageous
  • Own Vehicle & Drivers License Advantageous
  • Working Hours - (Monday Thursday 08:00 16:30, Friday: 08:00 16:00)

Key Functions & Responsibilities

Shadow Board Designs

  • Understand the initial requirements for a Shadow Board Project, outlined within the Sales Quotation from the Sales Department
  • Design initial rough templates to support the sales pitch of the shadow board project, within the guidelines of the Food Industry
  • Prepare Design Sign-Off templates for the shadow board projects
  • Convert draft designs to print-ready artwork for approved shadow board projects
  • Lead Customer & Sales Team Meeting to discuss design objectives of a shadow board project if required
  • Submit designs & liaise with printing suppliers to ensure projects are printed within the provided timelines
  • Quality check of all prints received, prior to handing over to the warehouse for installation requirements
  • Continually research design improvements and implementations that should be considered within this process of the business
  • Track the win-rate of shadow board projects won, by keeping track of designs that move to approved status
  • Identify areas of improvement within the design process of Shadow Boards

Digital Design:

  • Assist with digital design media for SEO and social media
  • Assist with customer Site Assessment Reports through the Site Survey App
  • Work closely with the sales team to create on-going marketing material such as product brochures, sales kits or product kits
  • Creation of Email Campaigns
  • Liaise with the sales team on specific marketing requests, relay and conceptualize an idea that will work for the sales / market / customer

Marketing Design:

  • Brief in marketing design concepts such as display stand requirements, product launches for digital and marketing campaign
  • Continual improvement of the company catalogue. These changes include content changes, product codes updates
  • Liaise with sales team on specific marketing requests, relay and conceptualize an idea that will work for the sales / market / customer
