Youll be the maestro who ensures every note from compliance to cash flow is perfectly in tune.ð¼ Your role in the orchestra: As the Group Finance Manager, youll oversee financial management and reporting across 11 entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless performance. Youll:Oversee the full accounting and reporting cycle.Lead and manage the annual audit process.Review management accounts, journals, cashbooks, and ledgers.Oversee group payroll and ensure compliance.Direct cash flow, analytics, and financial planning.Manage all statutory reporting and regulatory submissions (NCR, FSCA, and FIC).Handle SARS and CIPC compliance from tax and VAT returns to beneficial ownership filings.Liaise with banks on funding, covenants, and FICA reviews.Partner with HR on BEE certification and Stats SA submissions.Oversee collections, loan disbursements, and insurance reporting.Approve fund requests, refunds, and staff loans.Implement sound policies, procedures, and internal controls.Lead and mentor a 17-member finance team, fostering excellence and collaboration.ð Your Expertise in Motion:CA(SA) qualification with BCom Honours or equivalent.Minimum 5 years post-articles experience in group finance or multi-entity environments.Advanced technical proficiency in Sage Intacct and Pastel Payroll & HR 2024.Strong command of Excel and Microsoft Office.Proven experience in group consolidations and complex reporting structures.Thorough understanding of the National Credit Act, FAIS Act, and relevant legislation.Exceptional leadership skills you bring out the best in every performer.Analytical, organised, and strategic thinker.Composed under pressure, delivering excellence in every movement.ð Why join this ensemble?
