The ideal candidate would be an energetic all-rounder that is willing to get involved and is keen to learn..Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.Manage stock control and maintain accurate inventory records.Perform diligent record-keeping and documentation.Receive and assist guests, providing a welcoming front desk experience.Communicate effectively and manage technical support inquiries.Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.Some hands-on production will be required.Requirements:Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Technically minded with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).A proactive and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.Understanding of electronics and soldering skills will be given preferenceWhat We Offer:Comprehensive training to help you succeed in your role.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
