Key Account Manager

Job Description: Develop and implement account strategies that deliver on the objectives.Define, develop and manage relationships with key individuals in all accounts and ensure that the relationships with contacts are maintained at all levelsActively identify and pursue potential business for the group Through continuous participation in product updates, product, sales and business training and personal research ensure that skills and knowledge stays up to date.Negotiate with clients.Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.Ensure that sales and margin targets set for the account manager are achieved on both an individual and team basis.Develop sales strategies to feed into budget planning.Ensure that revenue targets are achieved. Skills and Qualifications: Must have a NQF Level 5 or Higher Certificate e.g. National Certificate Systems Support or Higher CertificateNice to have Sales or Marketing training and certifications.Must have Own Vehicle (Non- Negotiable)Must be willing to travel at any given noticeKnowledge of a manufacturing environment essential, industry experience in the plastic moulding / plastics space will be advantageous Must have a minimum of 8-10 years working experience in a sales and marketing environment.Excellent presentation skills.Motivation for Sales.
