Whether companies are expanding, testing markets, or seeking top-tier South African talent, we make it easy, legal, and scalable.Who Were Looking ForWere hiring an EOR Sales & Division Manager to lead, train, and scale our Business Development teama high-performing group of 10 BDs focused on converting cold, warm, and hot UK leads into global clients.You will bring strategy, structure, and energy into the sales organization, optimizing outreach performance (calls, video, emails), increasing conversions, and improving use of Close CRM & Manatal ATS.Your ResponsibilitiesLead & manage a team of 10 Business Development professionals focused on UK outbound salesDrive weekly KPIs around lead contact, follow-up, pipeline conversion & revenueDesign & implement scalable sales processes, coaching frameworks, and outreach templatesTrain the team on best practices in outreach, objection handling, compliance selling & tech stack usageCollaborate with executive leadership to align division goals with company revenue objectivesIncrease engagement & conversions across all prospecting channels: phone, video, email, and LinkedInBring operational oversight to all campaigns through dashboards, call reviews, and performance trackingRequirementsMinimum Bachelors Degree (Commerce, Business, or related)At least 5 years of experience managing KPI-driven sales teamsBackground in Employer of Record (EOR), Outsourcing, Offshoring, or HR/Payroll tech industriesDeep understanding of co-employment models, global hiring, and South African labour legislationProven experience in building & managing outbound B2B sales teamsHigh proficiency with Close CRM, Manatal ATS, and modern sales engagement toolsTech-savvy, results-oriented, and comfortable with data & automationCape Town-based, able to work from our CBD office at least once per weekWhat Youll GainJoin a fast-scaling international employer of record business with a proven modelOwn the growth strategy of a flagship division within our sales orgWork with a dynamic team thats passionate about building global teams from South AfricaHybrid flexibility, but strong in-office collaboration and culture
