- Assist with answering phones, responding to emails and general client relationship management
- Maintain database update and generate call cycle monthly
- Assist with ordering of stock and suppliers
- Receiving of stock and supplies
- Process Quotes, Sales Orders and Invoices
- Complete tender docs for submission
- Do Stock Take once a month
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
- Calling on clients promoting, marketing, selling and upselling full range of products
- Manage clients back-orders
- Develop and grow existing client base through cold calling
- Assist with delivery of stock to clients
- Develop a regular call cycle to ensure consistency sales calls
- Travelling and covering Garden Route Towns on a monthly basis. Viz George, Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn, Knysna, Plettenburg Bay, Beaufort West
- Open 30 day accounts with Vat registered Businesses
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
- Matric
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Fully computer literate
- MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE
