The job is responsible for supervising all commercial plumbing technicians, materials and resources required to provide commercial plumbing service, installations, and maintenance.  Qualifications and Experience:
  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA.
  • Clear Criminal Record.
  • Computer Literacy MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & other short-term software.
  • Plumbing Team Management experience 2-3 years.
  • Any plumbing related qualification/s would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism for interaction with customers, co-workers, and the leadership team
  • Assist in ensuring companys financial growth and profitability by creating and adhering to departmental budgets (i.e. service repairs, planned maintenance and installations).
  • Assure customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality, timely, level of service.
  • Work closely with the Accounting and Administrative teams to ensure timely approval of billings, payroll, financial reports, etc. as necessary.
  • Ensure the most effective time and resource management to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct Bi-weekly Plumbing Meetings to include, but not limited to, workload monitoring, customer issues, safety discussions and training
