CORE PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe Senior Data Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data and AI architecture solutions that support the organisation''s strategic objectives. The role will beresponsible for the KPIs including but not limited to- system uptime, data quality, compliance rate, delivery timelines, stakeholder satisfaction. Enabling AI/ML capabilities through scalable dataplatforms, ensuring readiness of data for AI use cases, and guiding the implementation of AI solutions across the enterprise will also be required.Qualification: BSc Computer Science or equivalent degreeAt least 10 years IT experience of which 8 years must be in dataarchitect or data engineering role.Proven experience in designing and implementing AI/MLsolutions in enterprise environments. Exposure to MLOps andAI model operationalization in either of the following platforms(e.g. Azure, AWS, or Google)KNOWLEDGE:Healthcare experienceDatabase management system software, especially Microsoft SQL ServerDatabases such as ADABAS, NoSQL, and cloud computingData mining and modelling tools, especially ERWin,Enterprise Architect, and VisioProgramming languages, e.g. Natural (SAG), Python, and Java, as well as C/C++ and PerlOperating systems- Lists UNIX, Linux, Solaris, Windows, ZOSAI and machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) Knowledge of AI solution design and architecture (including NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems)Skills:Applied math and statisticsData visualization and data migrationMachine learningAttention to detailTechnical and Professional SkillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAI model development and deployment (supervised,unsupervised, reinforcement learning)Experience integrating AI models into business applications and workflows.Other requirements: Leadership qualities Ability to operate as part of a team to achieve a common goal Positive attitude with focus on achieving success Take responsibility and accountability for assignments Open to and support of new ideas
