Requirements A tertiary qualification (NQF6, NQF7 or NQF8) in the field of specialisation OR equivalent industry-specific certifications OR Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Financial Services industry A formal Business Analysis certification (TOGAF, BIZBOK) will be an advantage Data Management experience Responsibilities Work with business to continue documenting / updating systems workflows, system operating models, business processes and business rules; Embed the Agile principles and ways of work in delivery of programme artefacts; Document User Stories and acceptance criteria with input from Business Owner and Business Product Owner; Work with business to validate functional requirements in line with defined business requirements; Update business requirements specification as and when required; Act as a liaison between business and the system vendor; Provide ongoing business analysis support to business and the project team; Work with business to update current system manuals / user guides (and other system documentation containing information required by the system vendor; Work collaboratively with the business customers and technical stakeholders to document the specifications for a chosen solution in terms of information systems, processes and people requirements; Interacting with Architects and Developers to ensure the system is properly implemented and monitor whether requirements are met; Manage the quality of the solution being deployed; Participate in user acceptance testing (ensure the deployed solution meets the business need); Manage change requirements and specifications Any other duties and or deliverables closely related or necessary for the purpose of delivering the services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
