Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the absence of the Senior Consultant and act as secondary support when the Senior Consultant is present.Ensure the efficient daily operation of assigned funds.Draft agendas, minutes, and file notes for trustee and management meetings.Coordinate annual risk benefit renewals.Log and process Section 14 transfer applications.Draft rule amendments in accordance with regulatory requirements.Take and distribute minutes, agendas, and action items from meetings.Respond to client queries (telephonic, email, and written) within agreed service standards.Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all client and internal communications.Attend E-Learning Forum sessions as required for continued professional development.Take full ownership of assigned clients, including development and execution of client plans.Requirements:Recognised Bachelor's degree.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Financial Services/Employee Benefits environment.FAIS Compliant.Regulatory Exam (RE5) completed.Class of Business (COB) training completed.Product Specific Training completed.CFP or CFA qualification (advantageous).Must meet FSCA requirements of being Fit and Proper and not under supervision.Clean ITC and criminal checks.Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills are essential.South African Citizen
