Job Description:
As an Innovative IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top IT talent in roles that align with their expertise and career goals. You will employ state-of-the-art recruitment technologies and strategies to identify and attract the best candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT clients and candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview IT professionals to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced recruitment tools, such as AI-driven platforms and data analytics, to enhance the candidate sourcing process.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Understanding your Niche.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Be a hunter. Generate new business.
  • Thrive in a high-performance sale culture
  • Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
  • Proficiency with advanced recruitment software and sourcing techniques.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Achieve sales targets (proof of billings/sales/placements will be requested)
  • Bachelors degree in information technology, human resources, business, or a related field is preferred. (exceptional academics)
