What You’ll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Frank Consult, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building a pipeline of new clients and maintaining lasting partnerships.
  • Understanding your clients’ hiring needs and crafting tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Driving sales and revenue growth while exceeding expectations.
  • Staying ahead of market trends to give clients a competitive edge.
  • Developing winning proposals that clients can’t refuse.
  • Networking like a pro, attending events, and building key relationships.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team that values your input and insight.
  • Tracking your success through detailed reporting and analysis.

Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 3 years of recruitment or related experience.
  • Has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Is an exceptional communicator, negotiator, and presenter.
  • Is analytical, with a talent for solving problems and thinking on their feet.
  • Is confident working independently, but thrives in a team environment.
  • Is familiar with ATS software and ready to hit the ground running.
  • Is client-focused, always delivering outstanding service.
  • Is passionate about people, recruitment, and driving success
