What You’ll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Frank Consult, you’ll be responsible for:

- Building a pipeline of new clients and maintaining lasting partnerships.
- Understanding your clients’ hiring needs and crafting tailored recruitment solutions.
- Driving sales and revenue growth while exceeding expectations.
- Staying ahead of market trends to give clients a competitive edge.
- Developing winning proposals that clients can’t refuse.
- Networking like a pro, attending events, and building key relationships.
- Collaborating with a supportive team that values your input and insight.
- Tracking your success through detailed reporting and analysis.

Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who:

- Has at least 3 years of recruitment or related experience.
- Has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Is an exceptional communicator, negotiator, and presenter.
- Is analytical, with a talent for solving problems and thinking on their feet.
- Is confident working independently, but thrives in a team environment.
- Is familiar with ATS software and ready to hit the ground running.
- Is client-focused, always delivering outstanding service.
- Is passionate about people, recruitment, and driving success
