Job Description:
As a Payroll Administrator in the hospitality industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Processing payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Calculating wages, deductions, and overtime accurately.
  • Reviewing timesheets and attendance records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Processing new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information in the payroll system.
  • Generating payroll reports and reconciling payroll data to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborating with the HR department to ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Assisting with payroll tax filings and compliance as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry-specific payroll considerations is a plus.
