Sales Manager Used Passenger Vehicles POS25199Location: MeadowdaleSalary: R20 25 000.00 + benefitsRole Summary:We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead all aspects of pre-owned vehicle sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, a proven track record in used car management, and the ability to lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.Experience & Qualifications:Minimum 35 years in a senior automotive sales role.Prior management experience in used vehicle sales is essential.Valid drivers license.Automotive sales training or certification (advantageous).Strong knowledge of used vehicle markets and valuation trends.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage stock, drive sales, and maintain profitability.High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all used vehicle sales operations.Source, evaluate, and procure quality pre-owned vehicles for resale.Set competitive pricing strategies aligned with market trends and stock turnover goals.Ensure timely reconditioning of vehicles for sale readiness.Lead, train, and motivate the used car sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.Monitor stock aging and rotation to maintain an optimal inventory mix.Drive and manage digital and traditional marketing strategies for pre-owned vehicles.Negotiate and close high-value deals with customers and trade partners.Maintain strict compliance with all dealership policies and legal obligations.Analyze key sales and operational metrics (GP per unit, ROI, stock days) and implement improvements where needed.Closing Date: 29 August 2025How to Apply If you meet the above criteria and are ready to take your sales career to the next level, please send your updated CV to
