Passenger Vehicles POS25196Based: MeadowdaleSalary: R8000 R10 000 pmRole SummaryThe Product Specialist acts as a brand ambassador and product expert for the passenger vehicle range, supporting the sales network with in-depth product knowledge, training, and customer engagement. The goal is to ensure consistent product messaging, competitive positioning, and an exceptional sales experience for customers and internal stakeholders alike.Minimum RequirementsMatric / Grade 12Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or Management (advantageous)12 years experience in a dealership, automotive training, or sales support environmentStrong knowledge of vehicle technology and consumer buying trendsExcellent communication and public speaking skillsConfident, professional, and customer-focused approachProficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Valid drivers licenseWillingness to travel for training, events, and dealership supportDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organizedCollaborative and service-oriented mindsetKey Responsibilities (include but not limited to):Provide ongoing product training and support to the internal sales team and dealer networkConduct detailed presentations and vehicle demonstrations for customersAssist with the introduction and launch of new vehicle modelsCreate and update product documentation: comparisons, specs, and training guidesMaintain showroom displays and ensure accurate representation of vehicle featuresSupport marketing with product messaging and sales contentCollaborate with OEM partners to remain aligned with brand direction and updatesAttend and assist with exhibitions, customer events, and vehicle launchesMonitor industry trends and competitor products to support positioning strategyEnsure technical concepts are translated into customer-friendly languageClosing Date: 31 October 2025 To apply for this position:
