Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

1. Prospecting and generating leads for new vehicle sales through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
2. Providing product knowledge and information to customers about the features and benefits of various new vehicles.
3. Conducting test drives with potential customers to showcase the performance and capabilities of different vehicles.
4. Assisting customers with the selection of a new vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
5. Negotiating pricing and terms of sale with customers to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
6. Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation for the sale of a new vehicle, including contracts and financing agreements.
7. Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and to generate referrals and repeat business.
8. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent customer service and sales skills.
5. Knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
8. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
2. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
