Passenger Vehicle Finance Manager

Responsibilities:Oversee the full financial and accounting function of the dealershipPrepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysisManage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure sound financial planningMonitor and control expenses to optimize profitabilityOversee debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and general ledger integrityEnsure accurate and timely submission of manufacturer and group financial reportingImplement and maintain internal controls and accounting systemsLiaise with external auditors, SARS, and other financial institutions as requiredEnsure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and tax requirementsSupport dealership management with strategic financial planning and decision-makingSupervise, train, and mentor accounting staffRequirements:Grade 12 / MatricBCom Accounting / Finance Degree or equivalent qualificationMinimum 2-3 years experience as a Financial Manager within an automotive dealership environmentStrong understanding of the motor industrys financial processes, including manufacturer reporting and composite statementsProficient in accounting software such as EvolveExcellent knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial controlsAdvanced Excel and financial analysis skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureExperience with passenger vehicle brands (premium or high-volume)Postgraduate qualification or professional registration (e.g., SAIPA, CIMA, or SAICA) advantageous Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
