We're looking for a BDR to call UK companies and book appointments for our BDMs.What You'll Do:Dial 80+ calls per day into the UK market to pitch our industry-leading EOR solutionQualify prospects, navigate decision-makers, and handle objections like a proBook high-quality discovery calls and demos for our Sales TeamUpdate all interactions in our CRM system (you must be experienced using one)What Were Looking For:2+ year of proven outbound sales experienceSolid background in high-volume cold calling (ideally UK market)Fluent, professional English.Experience working on a CRM.Able to work in UK business hours (9 am 6 pm GMT)A tertiary qualificationUsed to working with set KPIs and achieving targetsWhat You'll Get:Uncapped commission: get rewarded for every closed opportunityFull onboarding, training, and support from an experienced leadership teamWork from our upmarket office in Cape Town Central, with breakfast and fruit available dailyFree transport to and from the officeExcellent growth potential for stars.
