Their team-driven culture and high-performance environment make this an ideal space for self-motivated individuals looking to grow with a reputable business in a vital industry.The Role: Parts Sales RepresentativeYou'll take the lead on daily parts sales operations, handling everything from counter sales and invoicing to managing supplier orders and supporting the workshop and fleet teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring parts availability, accuracy, and service efficiency. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced setting with broad exposure across sales, stock control, and procurement.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 2 years' experience in parts sales, ideally in agri/mechanisation industriesDrive over-the-counter sales, process invoices, and serve walk-in clientsManage stock levels, replenish parts, and monitor quality, pricing, and GP targetsPerform stock counts, track availability, and ensure timely order dispatch and receiptOversee purchasing, handling supplier quotes, POs, invoice approvals, and stock controlSupport workshop by ensuring parts are ordered for scheduled services and unused items returnedMaintain accurate records and compliance with SHE regulations and financial controlsEngage with department heads and respond timeously to service-related queriesMonitor team KPIs, report on performance, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvementAbout You2+ years experience in a parts sales environmentFamiliar with parts procurement, supply chain, and workshop operationsExcellent problem-solving and planning capabilitiesAble to meet deadlines, handle pressure, and maintain strong attention to detailIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Valid drivers licence and own vehiclePresentable with strong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated, methodical, and able to work independently or in a teamMaintains integrity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach
