**Minimum Requirements**:

- Previous experience within a sales role is essential.
- Computer Literacy is essential with a proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience working with Sage is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Matric Qualification, private secondary education is preferred. Tertiary education an advantage.
- Must have a drivers license & own transport.
- Quoting customers enquiring via the website or landline in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Following up with customers within the specified time frames every day.
- Capturing and processing invoices.
- Meeting budgetary sales requirements on a monthly basis.
- Complete a daily report with tasks completed.
- Creating and maintaining excellent relations with customers.
- Greeting walk-in customers whom are interested in our carts - showing them our model range & selling all the features & accessories.
- Learning about the product range from back to front - knowing the product range extensively will be the key to success.
- Learning all the different parts and components to be able to assist customers with after-sales services.
- Frequently checking mails for enquiries, customer support or internal assistance.
- Managing Social Media by posting regularly.
- Delivering customer's carts on initial purchase from time-to-time.
- Managing responsibilities effectively to ensure priorities are handled successfully.
- Must dress in semi-formal attire.
- Handle tasks efficiently and effectively with a fine attention to detail. Following company procedures.
- Setting goals with management each month.

Contract length: 6 months

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From R12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:

- Internal Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
