Coordinate & Oversee Production, Warehousing, Physical Inventory and Logistics
-
Coordinate, reconcile, and report daily Cycle Counts
-
Coordinate daily production activity
-
Prepare and coordinate Company Bi-Annual Stock Takes

Oversee all SHEQ aspects about the operations and production areas and facilitate regular internal & external inspections
-
Facilitate daily safety/toolbox talk meetings
-
Regular reporting to the Operation and production manager on a weekly and monthly basis

Ensure strict stock control

Warehouse and Production areas have good housekeeping
-
Vehicles daily inspections
-
Plant and Equipment daily inspections, regular maintenance, and record-keeping KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Motivated team

Inventory Accuracy and non-shrinkage

Annual stock take accuracy

Good Housekeeping in all areas

Picking Accuracy

Limit credit notes

Ensure no buyouts are returned to stock
