The candidate will be responsible for administrative related enquires as well as assist with the running, advertising and marketing of the BnB.

Requirements:
  • Own transport is a must
  • Required to work some weekends

Duties:
  • Filing and maintaining the filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Ensuring Import and Export files are finalised, checked and filed appropriately and archived when necessary
  • Split and send of job files
  • Trade References on new Credit apps
  • Completing Time sheets and Labour Forms
  • Maintaining and scheduling Calendars and to-do lists
  • Advertising and marketing of the BnB
  • Assist in booking in guests (all hours)
  • Assist in cleaning the BnB and making beds
  • Assist in making breakfast for the guests
  • Renewing of all license discs etc.
  • Assisting in keeping fuel and Sanral schedules up to date
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Assisting in booking company travel
  • Assisting in arranging company functions
  • Assisting in arranging purchase of promotional and company attire
  • Assisting in compiling BEE assessments
  • Run errands as requested
  • Aiding other staff etc.
  • Assist with advertising and social media posts
  • Generally anything as required for admin and company processes
