The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multifunction devices, as well as strong knowledge of software solutions such as PaperCut and ScannerVision.You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting Office automation devices, configuring print management systems, and integrating document workflows that meet the evolving needs of our clients.馃洜 Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair Kyocera printers, copiers, and multifunction devices on client sites.Configure and support document solutions, including PaperCut MF and ScannerVision.Integrate print and scan workflows with existing IT infrastructure.Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting and technical support.Work closely with clients to assess needs, recommend solutions, and deliver training.Maintain accurate service records and documentation.Keep up to date with new Kyocera models, firmware updates, and solution offerings.馃 Requirements & Skills:Proven experience with a range of printers and multifunction devices.Strong knowledge of Managed Document Services (MDS).Hands-on experience with PaperCut, ScannerVision, and related document management tools.Solid understanding of networking, Windows Server, and Active Directory.Comfortable working with printer protocols (PCL, PostScript) and troubleshooting print queues.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.Valid drivers license and own reliable transport (if fieldwork is involved).馃帗 Qualifications:IT certification or diploma (A+, N+, MCSE, or equivalent) is advantageous.Printer /IT technical certifications are a strong advantage.Training or certification in PaperCut or ScannerVision is highly beneficial.馃専 What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Ongoing training and professional development.Opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies and brands.Supportive and collaborative team environment.
