Business development consultant

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the finance industry, including banks, asset managers, insurance companies, and fintech startups.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our client base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address clients' specific needs and challenges.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to identify new market opportunities and potential risks.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the finance industry, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
- Deep understanding of financial products, markets, and industry dynamics, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to address clients' business challenges.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
