Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Utilize social media marketing tools to create, manage, and maintain the companys brand.
  • Work closely with marketing professionals, sales, and IT teams to develop engaging social media content and website updates.
  • Interact with customers and stakeholders through social media platforms to foster strong relationships.
  • Evaluate and improve the companys digital marketing strategies and social media presence.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends and provide management with relevant insights.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns to assess impact and success.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online and digital marketing, with strong knowledge of SEO and social media networking.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and advertising platforms, with project management expertise.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity with a talent for thinking outside the box.
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology.
