This is an ideal role for someone passionate about software quality, agile collaboration, and continuous learning, who thrives in remote environments with strong team support.About the RoleAs a QA Analyst, you’ll work across a variety of web, Android, and iOS platforms, applying both exploratory and structured testing methods to ensure top-tier quality. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, product owners, and clients, taking ownership of risk analysis, test planning, execution, and reporting. Your voice will shape product success by ensuring bug-free, user-centric releases.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse product risks and prioritise areas for test coverageDevelop and refine acceptance criteria with developers, clients, and product managersPerform exploratory testing and structured manual test runsLog defects clearly with steps to reproduce and supporting test evidencePlan and manage test cycles across projects and sprintsSupport quality throughout the delivery lifecycle—from sprint to release candidateWork across multiple platforms (Web, Android, iOS)Stay up to date on QA tooling, best practices, and team-wide process improvementBalance workload across multiple concurrent projects (max two preferred)Defend product quality with clarity and logic when raising concerns or issuesWhat You’ll BringMinimum 4 years of experience in software QAISTQB Foundation Level CertificationExperience with API testing and QA tools (e.g. Postman, SQL, Azure DevOps)Knowledge of QA methodologies and agile testing practicesExcellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and clientsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work autonomously and estimate effort accuratelyWillingness to share learnings and failures for team growthPositive, curious mindset and a love for continuous learningNice to HaveExperience building your own project or productInvolvement in open-source contributionsInterest in horizontal skill development over deep specialisationMentoring aspirations or informal coaching experienceStartup or agency experience with exposure to fast-paced, high-variation workWhat’s On OfferRemote-first working model with regular in-person collaboration sessionsHands-on exposure to diverse industries, clients, and technologiesPersonal development time and budgetWork-life balance and a people-first, learning-driven cultureCollaborative team structure with cross-functional supportCompany CultureWatersEdge Solutions partners with purpose-driven teams that believe in solving meaningful problems through elegant, user-friendly software.
