With a strong focus on safety, innovation, and client satisfaction, the company provides long-term stability and professional growth opportunities within a dynamic construction environment.The Role: Site Agent / Construction ManagerThis role is responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of civil construction projects, from planning and execution through to completion. The Site Agent/Construction Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standardsPlan and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipmentManage subcontractors and site teams to meet project milestonesMonitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing risks proactivelyEnsure adherence to quality control and industry standards (SANS 1200/GCC)Liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and reportingImplement project management systems and maintain accurate documentationAbout YouMinimum of 5 years experience in construction management on civil projectsBEng / BSc / BTech / ND in Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementProfessional registration with ECSA or SACPCMP (preferred)Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and contracts (pipelines, earthworks, roads, concrete works)Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project)Excellent leadership and communication skills in both English and AfrikaansValid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sitesOrganized, detail-driven, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset
