Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to manage client projects and partnerships in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and strong project manager with a passion for cultivating relationships and seeing projects through to success.Please note: This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in Cape Town.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of digital projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, depending on client needs and project scope.Plan, manage, and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives when working within Agile frameworks.Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities while maintaining and growing existing relationships.Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and clients, providing ongoing support and insight.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, strategy) to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.Requirements3+ years of experience in project management, partnerships, or client services (agency, tech, or digital environments preferred).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace).Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.Must be based in Cape Town, with access to reliable internet and availability for occasional in-person meetups.
