Partnership Marketing Manager

This position reports to the Head of Category Marketing Your responsibilities will include: Partnership Support & Execution: Support the development and implementation of partnership strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives. Assist in researching and identifying potential partnership opportunities through market analysis and competitor research. Support partnership evaluations by conducting audience alignment analysis and impact assessments. Campaign Management & Coordination: Execute partnership campaigns from briefing through to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Develop and maintain campaign timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed of progress. Support the creation of campaign briefs and creative direction for partnership initiatives. Relationship Management: Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned partners, maintaining regular communication and relationship building. Schedule and coordinate partnership meetings, calls, and check-ins. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and track partnership campaign performance against defined KPIs and metrics. Compile regular performance reports and provide analysis on campaign effectiveness. Support budget tracking and reconciliation for partnership activities. Assist with monthly and weekly operational reporting. Administrative & Operational Support: Maintain partnership databases and documentation Support contract administration and partnership agreement management Coordinate partnership events, activations, and promotional activities Assist with budget management and purchase order processing Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field 3-5 years of marketing experience , with 1 - 2 years experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or collaborative marketing . Experience with campaign management and cross-functional project coordination. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools . E-commerce or retail experience is advantageous. Previous agency or client-side marketing experience preferred. Attributes Required: Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal teams and external partners . Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide insights . Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative approach with ability to work across different teams and functions. Proactive and self-motivated with strong ownership mentality.
