Qualifications:Data Administration experience essentialUnderstanding of data administration systems and practicesMin 1- 2 yrs exp in administrative or supply chain support role (preferred)Strong Excel, Microsoft Office. ERP systems or order management platforms skills added advantageUnderstanding of supply chain principles and planning processesDutiesHighly detailed orientated to support the Demand Planning TeamMaintain accurate data, facilitating smooth order processes and support operational efficiency across the Supply ChainThis role is essential in enabling timely and accurate planning, trading and executionInput order quantities accurately as directed by demand plannersAssist with preparing and distributing forecasts to suppliersSupport the team in updating forecast files and ensuring the accuracy of planning inputsCollate and input weekly/monthly sales reportsMonitor stock availability and escalate potential stock risks or delaysLiaise with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery times and resolve any discrepancies Assist with reviewing GRVs and follow up on discrepancies with warehousesSupport post delivery reviews, ensuring stock receipts match expected volumes and timingHelp identifying recurring supply or delivery issues for escalation Ensure accurate and timely input of all order related and sales data into relevant systemsSupport the maintenance of planning tools, master data and reporting templatesAssist with data validation and basic analysis to support planning decisions
