**Supply Chain Administrator Consultants (As and when Required).**
The Supply Chain Management Administrator will provide procurement and tender support services **on an as-and-when-required basis**.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- To compile advertisements for submission to relevant media for tenders to be published/advertised.
- To arrange and attend briefing sessions with stakeholders.
- To coordinate the public opening of tenders, summarize all tenders received, and ensure that all submissions are properly recorded.
- To travel to the client’s regional offices or project sites (if necessary) for CFET meetings or to coordinate site visits.
- To compile tender documents and prepare adjudication packs for evaluation.
- To arrange meetings for tender specification, evaluation, and adjudication with executives, including submission of all required documentation to ensure tenders are properly evaluated and awarded.
- To publish successful bidders on the National Treasury eTender Publication Portal, the client’s website, or any other prescribed platforms, and to notify all bidders of outcomes to promote openness and transparency in line with applicable policies.
- To coordinate the negotiation of pricing with awarded bidders, as required.
- To assist in drafting contracts based on information and pricing obtained from bidders and ensure the accuracy of contract details, including obtaining necessary signatures from delegated authorities to protect the client from legal risks.
- To liaise with the client’s Legal Services unit on contractual legal matters.
- To respond to daily queries relating to tenders and contracts from internal stakeholders, bidders, the Bid Adjudication Committee, and end users, and to channel technical and procurement-related queries appropriately.
- To submit finalised contracts to both executives and suppliers for signature, ensuring a valid legal contract is in place for the delivery of goods/services.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- **Qualification**:
National Diploma in **Supply Chain Management**, **Procurement**, **Logistics**, **Commerce**, or equivalent (NQF Level 6). - **Compulsory**

A minimum of **six (6) years** of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement environment. - **Compulsory**
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: R150,00 - R200,00 per hour
