Job Summary
As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within the organization on a national portfolio. You will collaborate with hiring managers across departments to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. Your role will be crucial in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates who align with our company culture and values.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection
  • Assist with managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and internal referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles
  • Offer guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring best practices
Candidate Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide feedback when necessary
Employer Branding
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent
  • Promote the company's culture and values through job descriptions, candidate interactions, and recruitment materials
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, employee turnover
  • Assist with assessing and improving recruitment strategies based on data and feedback
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress for senior management
Onboarding
  • Assist with the coordination of the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Work with HR and other departments to prepare necessary documentation and ensure compliance with legal and company policies

Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruitment Consultant, preferably in an in-house environment
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or a related field is preferred
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
  • Experience with headhunting methods and tools
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies
  • The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
