Position Overview
As a Sales & Trading Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding Edje Group’s market presence. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and eager to grow within a rapidly developing company.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source new clients through effective cold calling techniques.
• Cultivate, maintain, and grow a dynamic client base.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to business objectives.
• Support the cold chain and sales operations, ensuring product integrity throughout the process.
• Coordinate logistics and assist with daily administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
• Senior certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in sales and cold calling; meat industry or logistics background is advantageous.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Possess a cell phone, valid driver’s licence, and reliable transport.
• Own computer or laptop necessary.
Additional Details
• This is primarily a remote position, with occasional in-person meetings required.
• Applicants must reside in Cape Town or Johannesburg.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: R5,000/month
• High commission with unlimited earning potential
• Annual bonuses
• Cell phone allowance after permanent hire
