We are currently recruiting for an SAP ARM/TM Functional Consultant to configure and test SAP Advanced Returns Management and SAP Transportation Management functions and module solutions, as well as troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:4+ years SAP ARM/TM design and configuration experience2+ years Agile experience (e g sprint planning, stand-up)Knowledge of Retail SAP architecture, implementation and operationsExpert functional knowledge of SAP ARM/TM and integration with other SAP modules Knowledge of Retail Merchandising ProcessesKnowledge of SAP Master Data moduleKnowledge of development concepts, guidelines and SAP architectureKnowledge and application of relevant IT best practicesKnowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (ITIL 3)Knowledge of Project & program management including methods and toolsProficiency in SAP ABAP debuggingWorking with business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution designDocumenting functional and technical specificationsExperience in preparation of business cases, business processDriving changeStakeholder managementFinancial acumenMS Office proficiency with advanced ExcelGoogle suite proficiency CERTIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:SAP ARM/TM CertificationIT related degree (advantageous)Certified in TOGAF, Agile Methodologies (advantageous)Certified in COBIT, Prince II (advantageous)Certified in ITIL 3 (required) SOFT SKILLS:Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentAnalyticalCustomer orientationEnergy and driveExcellence orientationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent English language written and oral communication skillsFinancial acumenInfluencing othersInnovativePersonal resilienceStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to understand complex business processes and design appropriate solutionsTeam playerWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes SCOPE OF WORK:Writing functional and test specifications, as well as training and testing materialProvide user support and assistance for 3rd level incidents, and resolving business as usual issues aligned to operations and service processesDesign and implement solutions based on business requirements which originate as change request and/or projects Assist portfolio manager with business case developmentImplementing, configuring, and customizing SAP ARM/TM solutions based on business requirementsLeading workshops with business to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsDesigning and documenting ARM/TM processesIntegrating SAP ARM/TM with other SAP systemsProviding expertise in ARM/TM master data setup, including warehouse structure, storage types, storage bins, warehouse tasks, and resource managementConducting system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during ARM/TM implementation and post-go-live supportProviding ongoing support and guidanceParticipating in project planning, estimation, and scoping activitiesMake recommendations to optimize SAP ARM and TM processes, policies and proceduresIdentify suitable solutions to new and existing business requirements (changes and projects), and ensure effective resolution of problems and incidentsStay updated with the latest SAP ARM/TM features and industry trends
