Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Planning
    • Develop interior architectural designs, concepts, and space planning.
    • Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using software such as Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that meet project requirements and client preferences.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
    • Prepare project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
  • Client Interaction
    • Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
    • Present design concepts and proposals to clients for approval.
    • Provide ongoing client support and address any issues or changes during the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Proficiency
    • Prepare construction documents, specifications, and detailed drawings.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.
    • Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design intent and quality standards.
  • Collaboration and Coordination
    • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants to integrate interior design with architectural and structural components.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for material procurement and installation.
  • Research and Development
    • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities and continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior architecture or design.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Excel and other design software.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and materials.
  • Design Skills: Excellent design and spatial planning abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

Working Conditions
