  • We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Creative Director to lead and inspire our multi-disciplinary creative team across design, copywriting, and multi-media production. The ideal candidate will have extensive through-the-line experience in both digital and traditional media, across all disciplines of creative development, a keen understanding of brand development, and the ability to create compelling, integrated marketing campaigns that push boundaries, innovates and disrupts. As the Executive Creative Director, you will shape the creative strategy and direction, manage the creative process and ensure all projects align with our brand identity, objectives and marketing strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, and the ability to inspire creativity across diverse media channels that resonate with our target market. The successful incumbent will collaborate closely with other departments, including strategy, insights, media, and marketing, to deliver campaigns that are not only creatively outstanding but also strategically aligned with business objectives.

You Bring:

  • A valid driver’s license.
  • 5- 10 years’ experience (preferred 10+ years’) in a Managerial or Leadership role.
  • 5 - 10 years of creative leadership experience (preferred 10+ years) in an advertising agency or in-house creative department, with a proven track record of delivering successful multi-platform campaigns across television, multimedia, copy and design.
  • Strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative work, including design, copy, video, television, digital, and integrated advertising campaigns. The portfolio must showcase a diverse range of work that covers B2B and B2C category marketing that is positioned for SEM low, mid and high audiences.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

Creative Leadership and Strategy:

  • Lead Creative Vision: Set and communicate the overarching creative vision for the Hollywoodbets’ multi-channel campaigns, ensuring a cohesive strategy across design, copy, digital and multimedia.
  • The successful candidate must have extensive 360 campaign experience, with the ability to create strategically sound messaging that translates into conceptually strong creative content.
  • Strategic Oversight: Work closely with senior leadership to understand the Brand’s goals, target audience, and market trends ensuring that creative concepts are grounded in strategy and drive business results. Collaborate with our cross- functional teams (Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, Media, etc.) to develop creative concepts that align with marketing strategies
  • Innovation: Continuously push the boundaries of creativity and experimentation in design, content, and multimedia, while ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
  • Creative Direction: Direct, guide and inspire the creative teams to produce world-class fully integrated advertising campaigns across all communication channels.
  • 360 Cross channel Campaign Development: Oversee the conceptualization, design and execution of full 360 marketing campaigns across Television, Radio, Out of Home, digital channels, print, social media, activations and all customer touchpoints.

Team Management and Development:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Creative Heads as well as a full creative team including designers, copywriters, and multimedia creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Talent Development: Identify and nurture emerging creative talent, providing career growth opportunities and constructive feedback to elevate team skills and output.
  • Resource Allocation: Oversee the creative team’s workload, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.
  • Team Management: Be responsible for conducting performance reviews and overseeing the day to day people management functions of the team.

Key Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders in the Hollywoodbets network (Product development, Product marketing, Brand marketing, Digital marketing, Media, Insights etc.) to align creative strategy to marketing objectives and business vision.
  • External supplier integration: Collaborate with external suppliers and creative resources from time to time on project-based work.
  • Key stakeholder engagement: Act as the creative liaison for the Creative Studio and key stakeholders, presenting campaigns and concepts and gathering feedback to refine the campaigns.

Brand Stewardship:

  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual and tonal identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, aesthetics and positioning.
  • Trend analysis and innovation:
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and market insights to proactively innovate and elevate creative output.

Project Management and Execution:

  • Creative Execution: Oversee the creative process from ideation through to final delivery, ensuring that all creative work is of the highest quality and delivered on schedule and on budget.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve final designs, copy, and multimedia assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Multimedia Integration: Manage the integration of various forms of media (digital, print, video, social media) to deliver seamless, impactful campaigns
  • Ad Hoc duties as required from time to time.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals spanning all creative disciplines (above and below-the-line), with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and conceptual skills, with the ability to understand and address business needs through innovative creative solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, animation, television video editing software, and web design tools. Familiarity with the latest trends in digital media, interactive platforms and AI tools.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, strategy and media teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of advertising trends, design principles, digital marketing, and the evolving media landscape.
  • Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of the cultural landscape, audience behaviour, and emerging media to create work that is timely, relevant, and impactful to multiple SEM audience groups.
