The company's mission is rooted in delivering seamless onboarding experiences while maintaining the highest compliance standards.The Role: Compliance AssistantThis role supports the company's onboarding process by ensuring all customer documentation and identity verification meet regulatory standards. You will act as a critical checkpoint when automated systems raise flags, manually reviewing documents and biometric data to confirm compliance. Your work will directly contribute to safeguarding the company and its users.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor onboarding activity via the mobile applicationConduct manual reviews of documents and facial scans flagged during KYC checksEnsure all customer records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standardsCollaborate with the compliance and support teams to resolve onboarding issuesEscalate and report suspicious activity in line with internal protocolsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and compliance proceduresWork scheduled shifts including weekends and public holidays as requiredAbout You1-3 years of experience in a compliance, onboarding, or document verification roleStrong attention to detail and accuracy under pressureExcellent communication and documentation skillsComfortable working within a shift-based schedule, including weekendsTech-savvy and comfortable navigating mobile applications and back-end systemsTeam-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and integrityGrowth-minded, with a desire to contribute to a growing business and tight-knit team
