The business operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires financial precision and proactive decision support.As the Reporting Accountant, you will play a key role in driving the integrity of financial data, managing reporting cycles, and partnering with project managers to ensure profitability and performance. This role offers exposure to complex project accounting, management reporting, and financial analysis within a forward-thinking, growth-driven organisation.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports across multiple projects.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reporting packs, and balance sheet reconciliations.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide strategic business decisions.Collaborate closely with project managers and operations teams to drive financial performance and cost efficiency.Manage and monitor project profitability, WIP, and cash flow on active contracts.Assist with year-end audit preparation, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls.Continuously improve reporting systems and processes for greater efficiency and insight.Job Experience & Skills Required:BCom Accounting / Finance degreeStrong background in the manufacturing or project-based environment.Proven ability to manage multiple financial deliverables under tight deadlines.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Syspro, or similar).Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Apply now
