Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Experience and knowledge in Micro Loans, will be advantageous
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Driver's license and own vehicle OR reliable transport
  • Fast learner

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update client information, loan records, and transaction details into the company’s systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding loan applications, payment schedules, and account details, providing excellent customer service.
  • Prepare, file, and maintain loan documents, contracts, and other relevant paperwork, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Assist in the processing of loan applications, including verifying client details, ensuring all required documents are submitted, and tracking the progress of applications.
  • Support in preparing reports related to loan performance, repayments, and outstanding balances, and assist in reconciling financial records as required.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of loan processing and disbursement activities, and assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, maintaining office supplies, and managing correspondence related to microloan operations.
  • Ensure that all loan documentation and processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, assisting with audits when necessary
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team, assist with special projects, and perform other duties as assigned.

Remuneration:

R13 000 Cost to Company
