Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate equipment repairs for clients
- Monitor service calls and technicians to ensure SLAs are met
- Dispatch service calls efficiently, working closely with field supervisors
- Support field technicians and service agents, including work order management and technical assistance
- Communicate professionally with clients and store partners to ensure service requirements are met
- Handle customer service requests and inquiries via phone and email

Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in a service admin, dispatch, or service coordination role
- Industry knowledge (coffee, beverage, refrigeration, QSR) is a plus
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and the ability to learn new software
- Own transport (required)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical thinking ability
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a rapidly changing environment
