Theyre looking for a Senior Analyst: ECM and Strategy to lead the development and optimisation of their collections function. This is your chance to make a tangible impact by improving portfolio performance, driving insights, and implementing advanced analytical models.Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategic development of the collections function and identify opportunities to optimise performance in line with business goals.Design, construct, and document models and strategies across the collections lifecycle, ensuring proper implementation and ongoing monitoring.Analyse portfolio-level information to identify and address key risk factors, develop insights, and propose solutions.Manage target forecasting and collections scorecards, collaborating with BI and data teams to ensure accurate reporting and meaningful dashboards.Provide strategic guidance through up-to-date analysis and reporting to consistently improve overall collections performance.Develop and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to multiple stakeholders.Implement champion/challenger strategies to continually test and enhance portfolio profitability.Integrate data-driven approaches into operational processes to improve collections and recovery outcomes.Develop strategic campaign plans to optimise resource efficiency and tool utilisation.Mentor and guide Junior Analysts and Graduates, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous learning.Job Experience and Skills Required:Bachelors Degree in a numerical field, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science.Minimum of 5 years experience in advanced analytics within credit risk and/or collections strategy management.Strong proficiency in SQL (compulsory), with experience in R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI being advantageous.Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Apply now
